    The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill on page eleven, section twenty-seven, lines one hundred ninety-six through one hundred ninety-nine, following the words “capital improvements” by striking out the remainder of the sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the following language: “undertaking public projects or to make payments on lottery revenue bonds to finance public projects, as provided in article two-h, chapter thirteen of this code.”
